Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened bottles or merchandise in their original shipping containers to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Distillery

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the seal integrity and condition of the items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
